Groups with a Special Interest
DECCA Inc. to DECCA Sig.Digital Experimental Command Control Australia Inc was formed in South Australia in August 2000, with the intention of promoting and investigating DCC. On 1 July 2012 the members joined the NMRA and formed themselves into a Special Interest Group called DECCA SIG.
The SIG attends shows and exhibitions with its own layout - built with the electronics on top of the board to give the public a display of DCC layout construction and wiring. They also demonstrate decoder fitting and sound reproduction in model railways.
The group meets on the fourth Sunday of each month in members' homes in and around Adelaide, South Australia.
